UTHAI M.2 NGFF enclosure arrived in 27 days. It came in retail box, with a short Type C cable, a small screwdriver, and a black sticker for the top plate (because the enclosure I ordered is black and the top plate is silver, the sticker allows for the unified look). I installed a Transcend 2280 M.2 SSD and it works well, however it does move a bit inside the enclosure, not a completely tight fit. For now, I have no complaints about the item, considering the price.
